"Rowdy" Rowdy is our main "chore dog". He's dependable, always willing to work and is very bidable. Shamus started working Rowdy in August of 2003. By September 2004 he had not only his Herding Started title his first weekend out, but also two High In Trials and a Reserve High In Trial. A month later at the 2004 ACDCC Nationals, he earned his first leg of his Herding Intermediate title. At the 2005 ACDCC Nationals, Rowdy finished his HI title, and is now working on his Herding Advanced. In May 2006 He became one of the first two dogs ever to earn a CKC Stock Dog Title, both dogs earned their title that weekend. While
he is a very handsome dog, he will most likely never set foot in the
conformation ring due to "work related injuries", plus there's no ducks, sheep
or cattle there.. As of Sept. 2006, Rowdy has one CKC Advanced Leg, and one AHBA HRDIII leg. |
